Annual Report

Each year, Barium Springs Home for Children is the recipient of thousands of gifts, large and small, from individuals, churches, foundations and corporations. We are extremely grateful for the generosity shown to us to benefit the children and families we serve.

Barium Springs is pleased to honor our donors in our annual report and honor roll. The annual report hallmarks our various accomplishments through the past year. It provides an overview of the services we provide to the hundreds of families and children of North Carolina. It should be noted that our fiscal year begins October 1 and ends September 30 of each year. If you have made a gift during that period, you will find your name listed in the honor roll.

“ I am glad that my mom sent me to live at Barium Springs, but I hated it at first. I miss all of my friends, but I know that if I can learn to deal with my feelings and act appropriately, then I can go back home. My mom and I meet with a therapist a lot, and talk about feelings and other stuff we've never talked about before. ”
Jarred, age 12
