Now, Jayden is very close to being adopted. Without Barium Springs Home for Children, who knows how many more foster homes Jayden would have been placed in. Barium Springs is working with Jayden and his adoptive parents to make sure this will be his "forever" home.

Abigail has lived at Rainbow Center cottages for over a year. Her dad is in prison for selling drugs and her mom is a drug addict. When she first moved to the cottages, she was failing her classes and had no interest in school. After only a few months at Rainbow Center, Abigail was on the A/B honor roll. She has decided she wants to keep her grades up so she can attend Appalachian State University when she graduates in two years.
